An Unlicensed naturopath should be called a consultant in the field they are working in: nutrition, herbalogy and so on.

The principles of naturopathic medicine are the same as for ‘licensed’ and unlicensed practitioners: ‘do not harm’.
Good service and consideration.
Attending an education from any institution or private school is not a crime; even if the institutions have different views from orthodox or conventional thinking. Unlicensed doctors or counselors will focus on holistic, proactive prevention, health information and recommendations. They are held to high standards of ethics. They practice for the benefit of their clients in a manner consistent with their training, educational and work background. Unfortunately, some may never have contact with any patient or health care institutions. Cost may be much lower than a licensed naturopath.
- Patient will not be cover by health insurance.
Unlicensed practitioner may not use the words:
- Cure, diagnose, prescribe, treat or talk about disease.
