Since “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” began filming recently, another scene went underway, this time starring Jennifer Lopez and Rodrigo Santoro. The two costars were spotted filming together in Atlanta on Thursday.
The nighttime pictures show J Lo and Santoro going out on a date. This scene will add to the actress/singer’s other filming that occurred earlier this week.
The upcoming film will feature an actress from Long Beach: Wendi McLendon-Covey (“Bridesmaids”) has signed on to star in the movie. Also, Cameron Diaz, who attended Long Beach Polytechnic High School, is one of the major stars of the film.
“What to Expect” is crammed full of big stars. Joining the aforementioned cast mates are Elizabeth Banks, Chace Crawford, Joe Manganiello, Anna Kendrick, Dennis Quaid, Mischa Barton and Brooklyn Decker. Decker was spotted filming scenes and with a baby bump earlier this month.
This is a film adaptation of Heidi Murkoff’s New York Times bestselling novel. The film follows four couples who experience the thrills of parenthood. Diaz and Morrison play one of those couples.
“What to Expect” will hit theaters on May 11, 2012. Kirk Jones will direct, while Heather Hach and Shauna Cross ("Whip It") are credited as screenwriters.
