My Ham Salad Recipe:
- 2 c. of diced, leftover ham
- 1/2 c. of chopped celery
- 1/2 c. of chopped green onions
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or a half a block of chopped tofu
- 2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp of honey
- 1 Tbsp of Dijon mustard
- Mayo to your taste
- Sea salt
- Cracked pepper
- White pepper
Instructions for How to Make Ham Salad:
- Put all the ingredients into a large bowl, stirring everything together until your ham and eggs/ tofu gets well-coated with the wet ingredients.
- Add in the salt, white pepper and pepper to taste.
- Serve on your favorite bread.
