Harmonie’s Super Bowl Sangria

  • 1 part Hpnotiq Harmonie
  • 3 parts Dry White Wine
  • Top with Ginger Ale or Club Soda

Directions: Mix ingredients in a large or “Super” bowl. Garnish with seasonal fruit.

  • 1 part Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
  • 1 part chilled beer
  • 2 parts raspberry lemonade concentrate
  • Frozen rasperries

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Garnish with a lemon wedge

  • 2 oz. honey bourbon (I like Wild Turkey’s American Honey)
  • 1 oz. rye whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 2-3 dashes of bitters
  • club soda

Directions: Pour bourbon, whiskey, lemon juice and bitters into a tall glass, over ice. Top with club soda. Stir and garnish with an orange or lemon twist. Drink should be golden.

Ravens Purple Pride

  • 1.5 oz. SKYY Vodka
  • 75 oz. Creme de Violette
  • 3 oz. Dry Sparkling Wine (such as Drusian Prosecco)
  • 3 dashes Fee Brothers or Angostura Orange Bitters

Directions: SKYY Vodka, Orange Bitters and Creme de Violette with ice. Strain them into a Champagne coup or flute and top with Prosecco. Top with zest of an orange and garnish with orange twist.

49ers’ Gold Rush Punch
Serves 12 to 14

  • 2 cups SKYY Infusions Ginger Vodka
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pound apples, cored and in 1 inch dice
  • 1 bottle chilled champagne
  • 1 bottle chilled light white wine
  • 1 liter chilled apple juice

Directions: Whisk the sugar and the vodka together in a large bowl. Pour into a resealable plastic bag, add the apples, and macerate overnight. When you’re ready to serve, transfer the apples and liquid to a large punch bowl. Add the champagne, wine and apple juice. Ladle a few macerated apples into each glass as you serve.

  • Eight Ball stout
  • Anchor Steam small beer
  • Coffee

Directions: Pour equal parts into a chilled glass and serve.

Serves 10

  • 2 cups Lemon flavored Vodka
  • 1 cup Limoncello
  • 3 cups Blood Orange juice
  • 3 cups Pink grapefruit juice
  • 4-5 dashes Orange bitters
  • 1 cup lemon seltzer
  • Pink grapefruit slices for garnish

Directions: In a drinks dispenser filled halfway with ice, pour vodka, limoncello, juices and bitters. Mix these ingredients well. Top them with soda water or seltzer and serve. Garnish with grapefruit slices if desired.

The Chocolate Velvet

  • 2 dashes Regan's Orange Bitters
  • 4 ounces Young's Double Chocolate Stout
  • 2 ounces dry sparkling wine
  • 2-inch orange peel segment

Directions: For each drink, put two dashes Regan's Orange Bitters in a champagne flute. Fill flute two-thirds full with Young's Double Chocolate Stout, then top off with dry sparkling wine. Stir gently.
Rub the rim of the glass with orange peel, and squeeze peel over the drink to release oils. Garnish with orange peel and serve immediately.
