For homebuyers, the codes on a yard sign or flyer will instantly direct them to a website where they can view all the listing information for your property.  The listing site can have pictures, video, home description and details, agent contact info, directions, open house dates and community information. 

Unlike property flyers, QR codes allow a buyer an unlimited amount of info and instantly stores your home's website in their phones, so they can return to it later.

In short, the code can be attached to your yard signs or printed directly on them. It can also be printed on an agent's marketing material, including business cards, mugs, flyers, etc.

Several companies are now providing QR codes for real estate agents.  I have been using Clikbrix for about 6 months now and having a lot of success.
