Laurence Fishburne is having problems with his daughter, Montana.
Most fathers have a spell where their daughters become interested or even obsessed with sex.
And most fathers are usually able work with their daughters and calm them down.
Montana is proving an exception to that experience.
She has “starred” in a pornographic film written for her by Vivid Entertainment. If you have not heard of Vivid Entertainment before, you may have heard that Kendra Wilkinson and Kim Kardashian did some porn tapes possibly recorded at their homes.
What made matters worse is that some of Laurence’s friends failed at buying the rights to the video for $1 million. The DVD had already shipped.
And still worse: she did not use a stage name. She used “Montana Fishburne”. It has been reported that her father is very embarrassed and he is not talking to her at the moment.
I’m Not Obsessed quips: Montana was arrested last year for alleged prostitution. I kid you not.
Right Celebrity tells us “this 19 year old is taking it to the extreme. She has filmed a role in an adult movie that will be released by Vivid Entertainment.”
Pop Eater comments: Montana Fishburne sounded hopeful that if she could talk to her famous dad, Laurence, then he would understand -- and maybe even support -- her decision to try porn as a career. Mission not accomplished.
Who knows when it started? It seems Montana was arrested for attempted prostitution sometime last year.
She pleaded “no contest” to reduced charges and managed to talk the judge to drop jail in favor of performing community service.
At least that arrest was fairly low-key and did not draw any world-wide interest; that is until the news of Montana’s film debut broke.
Laurence must be heartbroken that his own daughter is trying to break into the movies via porn. We know he could help her establish a real acting career – one that could earn a lot more money than the porn flicks.
