Some people naturally visualize it. The body can’t tell the difference between a real event or an imagined event. You can see a stick on the ground and jump out of your skin because you think it’s a real snake. This ancient practice promotes productivity and calm reassurance whether done at work or in your life.
You can rehearse anything
Visualization can increase your performance 500-percent. You can put in imagery so your consciousness comes up with a solution to the problem. The consciousness receives an image and a world of emotions that go through you.
Close your eyes
Let go and imagine. If you are having trouble. Choose any object, put in in front of you and close your eyes and see it in detail. Open your eyes and look at the object you choose, do you see a detail you left out? Close your eyes and add the detail. Keep doing this and closing your eyes and adding the details, it’s how you build your visualization muscle. For some it comes naturally, others have to work at it, some see it perfectly the first time around and can hold this vision instantly and for a long time.
Affirm and visualize your goals for a few minutes each day
If you are a leader, cancel the self- limiting beliefs, work on this, it is the most difficult aspect of visualizing. Feel the feeling of not having the thing, find the part in the body where that feeling is manifesting. Where did that feeling come from in your lifetime?
For example, sabotaging your relationships. As a child your mother and father divorced. You see your father out and you have that chance to go talk to him and catch up and be happy. Looking back at your mother, she is not happy and seeing your father causes her pain. You do not want to cause her that pain so you back off the happy visit with your father, and sort of blow him off. This continues in your life, you never want to see your mother in pain by having a happy relationship in which she isn’t included so you sabotage your relationships to make sure she feels happy. You have to release those limiting beliefs. Your fears, and emotions can be your biggest limiting barrier.
Get really clear about your vision
Now meditate. Meditation s a broad range of techniques and practices. It increases productivity and memory. Your brain is your GPS system; you need to give it direction. Action is required. Surrender it. Jack Canfield tells the story of needing a title for his book and “Chicken Soup for the Soul” came up in meditation, but he thought it was kind of weird but it kept coming up.
What, you don’t believe in goals and living in the present moment brings you the experience you need. Exactly, loving awareness, you work your way up the ladder. Create a quite space for you and your employees in the office environment. You'll be amazed by the benefits.
