Are banks open on Presidents Day 2014? Most banks, including Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of America will be closed on Monday. However, all TD Bank branches are all open regular business hours.

Are retail stores and malls open? If you love to shop, Presidents Day is a big sale day, so most retail stores, including Walmart and Target, will be open for business as usual on Monday. Most grocery stores, restaurants and liquor stores will also be open regular business hours. However, it's always best to call ahead in case a business is observing special holiday hours.
