If ever there was a good cause and a reason to get some great exercise, this is it. Join injured vets for bicycle rides of 20, 38 or 68 miles, and a special 200 meter ride for the five to ten-year olds. The rides begin and end at the Tampa Convention Center and benefits participation of injured vets in cycling programs on 38 military bases across the U.S. $75 $125 families $10 for the kids ride.

TO SEE AS ARTISTS SEE Saturday, Feb. 2 11 a.m.
We have been waiting for this for so long. It's the famous art collection from the Phillips Collection in Washington, D.C. A collection of 107 paintings from the collection of Duncan Phillips, founder of the country's first museum of modern art. And it features some of the most important paintings from the 1850s through the 1960s done by, among others, Winslow Homer, Georgia O'Keefe, Edward Hopper, Grandma Moses, Jackson Pollock and Mark Rothko. The show will run through April 28. If you are an art lover, do not miss this show. Admission is $12, $10 Seniors and military and $5 for students, and don't forget on Fridays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. it's art on the house, so it's either free or pay what you can.

GUN BUYBACK Saturday, Feb. 2 10 a.m.
Show us your guns! Better yet, bring them to this event and you will receive $75 and a "Fan Pack" consisting of vouchers for a Tampa Lightning game and a Tampa Rays game all firearms must be unloaded. Ammo, BB guns, pellet guns and paintball guns can be turned in too, but no reward. This is a great chance for the kids to find out if they have what it takes to be a sports champ, or just to have some great fun. There will be a virtual reality soccer and snowboarding machine; a radar equipped pitching booth to see how fast you can throw a fast ball; a tennis ball bounce court, and a hoop shooting set up. And some sports agents on hand ready to sign you up. Admission is $15 adults $12.50 kids $9.50 seniors and military. Under one is free.
