What not to do when trying to loose weight

Do not eat sugar, drink sodas, be a couch potato, eat processed foods or eat out at fast food restaurants. All these things will sabotage your weight loss efforts and you will be fighting a loosing battle against the bulge.

Belly fat has been said to be one of the hardest things to get rid of, and excess belly fat can become a killer.

According to Dr. Oz:

‘A waist size over 35 inches in women and over 40 inches in men greatly increases the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease and more.’ and ‘The ideal waist size for women is 32 ½ inches and 35 inches for men.’

The more belly fat you have the bigger the chance of contracting deadly diseases such as obesity, depression, heart problems, kidney problems, diabetes and more including an overall bad attitude at yourself when you look in the mirror.

Do not eat sugar:
Sugar promotes weight gain.

Do not drink sodas:
Drinking sodas promote weight gain.

Do not be a couch potato:
Lack of activity promotes weight gain.

Do not eat processed foods:
Eating processed foods promotes weight gain.

Do not eat at fast food restaurants:
Eating out at fast food restaurants promotes weight gain.
