What makes small business and job creation mean growth for the economy?

Let us consider the question carefully. First, there is the small business type from retail to business service. Other types of business are things such as what entrepreneurs and freelancers provide. The next section we must consider is job creation and how job creation is done. Of course, job creation is done by a human resources department but more importantly who does the creation of jobs? Are jobs mainly built by large corporations or are they formed by the small business owners? Consider those two questions carefully when next applying for your job position.

It is not necessary to know the difference between small and large business. Important facts to be aware of are issues like, job growth comes from “help wanted” ads in the classifieds. The interesting point between the two is that both can apply to the economy growth. Consider this fact from Investopedia. com; the better job growth is the higher GDP will increase. What is GDP? Gross Domestic Product is a combination of private consumption [C], government spending [G], country spending [I], and total exports [NX]. GDP is actually an equation that looks like the following: GDP = C + G + I + NX.

Even though every state will vary in their own GDP total, they all have to be determined by the above formula. That solution has determined how well business owners are building the economy within each state. When the GDP number decreases, such as the economical situation we are dealing with now; business owners should be assisted so they can begin hiring again and put persons back to work.

There are various things Congress could do to allow small business owners the chance at hiring again. On another note, many will say business owners are being prevented from hiring due to the antics Congress is doing. The fact is freelancers and entrepreneurs are now realizing the ability of growth has been there all along; they just needed to make a few changes in daily operations. More importantly, small businesses are beginning to see the economy is growing even though it is not moving as quickly as we would like. With that being said, the growth of the economy will help reconsider how to rebuild and begin seeking employees again.

Currently, there still is a lot of fuss going back and forth in the halls of Congress regarding the Jobs Act. Even though that bill was originally made in 2010, President Obama wants to bring it back again for 2012. The issue in doing that is what problems it could cause to businesses. The American Jobs Act was passed in September 8, 2011. This Act provides small business the ability to seek out personnel that will meet their needs, hire them, and grow in profit.

A large concern of many job seekers is the Jobs Act of 2012. President Obama has rewritten this Act and what it states may not be enough to help those who are unemployed. Only time will tell on that matter but the best thing everyone can do while Congress fusses over the details is to continue job seeking for what they want to the best of their ability.
