No one can deny that Jennifer Aniston always looks so fit and healthy. She just seems to only get better with age and manages to maintain that same hot body that she had back in the days on her hit show ‘Friends’. So how does she do it? More specifically, what does Jennifer Aniston eat for breakfast?

While many would think that Aniston might skip breakfast all together, she too believes that it is the most important meal of the day. She recently told ‘Self’ magazine that she loves to read the newspaper, eat eggs and a bagel on Sunday mornings.

“How I take my eggs depends on my mood,” she says. “But I always throw a yolk in there, the yolk’s got a bad rap.” Aniston is right about that; eggs are a food with fat and nutrients that you should be eating; learn more about this here.

In addition to eating eggs for breakfast, Aniston is no stranger to exercise. She knows that it is not only a must to look your best, but is also an essential part to how you feel.
