The mind is truly a remarkable and powerful thing. I believe what it harbors can cause ruin or transformation.

The miracle of this wonder is even described in the Bible. In the book of Romans 12:2 in the King James version Bible it states, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

I believe God is in this world but not in the materialistic things; he is in the spirit of life, all that is organic and natural. When we are craving something worldly, we are not a peace in our core. We are trying to fill a dark void; this is not of the light. When we are not centered in serenity, our minds are in overdrive manifesting an unsettled foundation energized by stress and fear.

If you are feeling unhealthy, step onto a path of renewal by adjusting your thinking; these toxic thoughts are just thoughts, you are not obligated to harbor them. If they feel dark, release this toxicity.

“…be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind…” you own this power.
