In recent weeks, I have gone through a lot, and learned a lot. I found through all of it that you have to find strength inside of yourself to overcome the challenges that we face. This is not easy. My job has been pulling me many directions, including working hours that I am not used to. I was exhausted, not eating right, or drinking enough water. My stress was extreme, which mirrored a heart attack. Luckily I did not have a heart attack, but I just received the confirmation. I am writing this, because many people had warned me that this was going to happen.
What I have learned is no matter how tired you are, no matter how little time you have to rest, always eat right, and more important drink water. The healthier foods you eat the better you feel. I am lucky that normally I eat well, it my situation could have been worse. Remember try to drink as much water you can. Exercise is also important. You might go for a long walk. Maybe, you will do other exercises, which include cardio. Go to the gym and do as many machines as you can.
