According to a report in Fox News, the anonymous friend who leaked information on the final details of Elin’s divorce settlement said that Elin will end up with twice the amount of money she originally sought. Elin’s unnamed, (and talkative) friend went on to say the reason for this is that Elin’s legal team “did a great job digging up all sorts of assets,” which proved that Tiger Woods was “worth much more than the $1billion” Elin thought.
According to the Daily Nation, Tiger Woods has investments in the Bahamas, and is believed to be building a golf resort in Dubai.

In his blog, Sports Money, Kurt Badenhausen, senior editor of Forbes magazine says,
"We've been tracking Tiger's earnings since he turned pro in 1996. Last year he became the first athlete to earn a cumulative $1 billion through his income from prize money, appearance fees, endorsements and his golf course design business. “
Badenhausen goes on to say,
"Yet those earnings are before the tax man and his agents at IMG took their cut. And if you think Tiger made a killing in the stock market, think again. The S&P 500 is at the same level it was at 12 years ago. By our count Woods is worth $600 million and any divorce settlement is likely to be worth a fraction of current reports."
So What’s Tiger Woods’ REAL Net Worth?
Forbes magazine stands by their original estimate of Tiger Woods Net worth - approximately $600 million.
If Forbes magazine’s estimate of Tiger Woods net worth is closer to the truth, (and given Forbes’ reputation, I have no reason to doubt that this is true) - this is the figure on which Elin Nordegren’s divorce settlement will be based.
