Evidence reveals missing doctor Teleka Patrick was obsessed with Grammy nominated Gospel singer Pastor Marvin Sapp and was accused of stalking him.
Court records show that Sapp had filed a personal protection order against Patrick. According to the documents he complains that Patrick "has claimed him as her husband, had moved from California to Michigan, joined his church, had contacted his children and had been to his home.
"I have at least 400 pages of correspondence from her which I have never responded," his complaint reads.
Seven investigators obtained a letter that Sapp's church sent to Patrick, revoking her membership because of "inappropriate emails and pictures" sent to Pastor Sapp.
"The pastor is nothing more than an innocent victim of an apparent stalking. The sheriff's office has been in contact with him for quite some time, and he has been thoroughly cooperative," said Kalamazoo County Sheriff Richard Fuller III.
The night Patrick went missing investigators believe she was on her way to meet her friend James Arthur Davis. Although Davis is the last person she texted, he is not considered a suspect.
Dr. Teleka Patrick's disappearance remains a mystery. The young doctor went missing December 2013 and was last seen at the hospital where she worked.
