child support – Elin will receive an unspecified amount of money each month for the two children. Though no actual dollar amount has been reported thus far, some sources speculate that Tiger might be required to pay as much as $20,000 a month or more. Property/ Real Estate
Though Elin will not get the $80 million Jupiter Island oceanfront estate she helped Tiger design, Elin’s divorce settlement will include several other properties, as indicated below;
• the family mansion in Windmere, Florida
• another $2.4 million home located nearby
• an apartment in Stockholm, Sweden
• a $2.2 million secluded island estate in Sweden
Custody
sole physical custody - Elin will get sole physical custody of the children, which means that their 3-year-old daughter, Sam and their 1 ½ -year-old son, Charlie, will live with her. Elin has Tiger’s permission to take the children to Sweden if she so chooses, and she has been granted “wide latitude” as to exactly where she and the children may live.
joint LEGAL custody - Elin and Tiger will share joint legal custody of the children. Under this arrangement, Tiger Woods will have a voice in any decision that will have a major impact on his kids.
visitation rights - Elin has agreed to give Tiger generous visitation rights. Tiger can see the children for up to half of each week, with adjustments made for the times he’s on the road playing golf.

unfortunately, Elin has chosen to have nannies go back and forth to her children's father with them. A move like that is very hurtful to children.
She should take a page from Sandra Bullock and Halle Berry's book and talk to her soon to be ex-husband so the children feel safe. She may be smart about
getting financially set for life, but she sets herself up to be a part of hurting her kids.
