It is that time of the year where we take stock what electric cars are available right now, soon to come, as well as upcoming hybrids, plug-in hybrids and electric motorcycles. Be sure to send any EVs forgotten.
Tesla Motors Roadster. Of course, the Roadster is available with a small delay. Price? $109,000 before incentives. Tesla Motors, sold in the U.S. and soon in England.

Commuter Cars. The amazing handling Tango is a great EV and has been adopted by none the less than George Clooney. Priced at $108,000, comes in kit or assembled, website Commuter Cars, sold in the U.S..
Venturi Fetish. The Fetish is the other EV is on par with the Tesla Roadster but comes at $425,000, from Venturi, sold in Monaco only.
The more affordable EVs.
Subaru Stella. Subaru's Stella EV and the R1e is on sale in Japan. Price: roughly $48,000 but after Japanese incentives, closer to $29,000. Subaru, on sale in Japan.
Think City! The electric Think City is available. Price: around $50,000. from Think, sold in Norway but due out in the U.S. by 2010.
Lumeno Smera. The French company Lumeno has the Smera on sale now. Price: 24,500 Euros or about $36,000. Lumeno, sold in France.
ZENN. Get it while they are still here. The ZENN is technically a Neighborhood Electric Vehicle, NEV. Price: $12,000. ZENN, sold in Canada and has no plan to continue production.
