It leaves you feeling chronically inadequate. Sure prioritizing your activities around health is a reality.
Close your eyes breathe deeply, and close off the inner critic and take time tostretch without judgment and breathe in love, as you list for what your body needs. You don’t need to jump up and take action on anything that comes up, but you can keep paper and pen, crayon or marker, nearby and jot it down in between stretches what you truly need to practice for wellness. Title your paper, “Living where your inner pilot wants to live.”
When you arise place your lovely notes for optimal health on the fridge and take the time to incorporate your intuitive notes. As you take the time to listen and take action the universe and your body will make sure to give you deeper instruction now because they know you are listening and willing to do something about the information you are being given.
