Last night you woke up with a guilty feeling in your gut after a steamy sex dream that starred your boss opposite you. It can be very confusing and awkward during your next one on one session with the man/woman that controls your current financial future. What will set your mind at ease is to learn that “all dreams, even sex dreams, can be easily connected to things going on in your life. And every character in your dreams represents a small snippet of your own personality.” ~ Ian Wallace (Dream Psychologist) author of “The Top 100 Dreams: the Dreams that we all have and what they really mean”.
It is important to understand when someone stars opposite you in your sex dream it doesn’t imply that you want to engage in an intimate relationship with this person. There is just more likely some admirable trait you like about the person or something that you see in this person that you recognize in yourself.
With those theories in place it is easy to see why you would have a sex dream about your boss, and why this type of sex dream is shared by many other people across the world. That’s right, you are not alone. Sure you may in waking hours be attracted to your boss (power can be seductive) but you would never act on this impulse for many, many reasons. Just understand those sexual dreams with your boss are simply your subconscious mind’s way of telling you that you admire them or you see something of yourself in them. But it is also important to remember that your subconscious mind is trying to communicate to you. Ask yourself what it is most likely trying to relay to your conscious mind. Is it because you admire a certain trait about them or that you see yourself in them? If the latter is the case you may want to set up a one on one session with your boss to discuss career planning and promotional opportunities.
So next time, don’t be so quick to discount what your subconscious mind is trying to tell you. Take some time to analyze the message and you may find a pleasant surprise is in store for you. Feel free to leave a comment below with your thoughts.
