I'm looking forward to this racing season and just being a fan. I used to be so interested in the politics behind it all. Who sponsored who and why. Why this driver got fined for the same thing that driver didn't get fined for. What track will get the shaft from a competing new race and who is behind it. I don't expect to try to answer any of these questions this year. I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the show.
Some of the things I look forward to include:
1) Finding out how much, if any, steroids the new NASCAR tire changing lady has used. I want my daughter to have role models, but GEEZ!
2) Waiting to see how many records Kyle Larson is going to break in his first full time season in the Nationwide NASCAR series.
3) Watching for A.J. Almendinger's performance in the Indy 500. I think he'll do pretty good.
