Many of us made New Year’s resolutions to get fit, so it makes sense to turn to those who already are thin: celebrities. A Jan. 23 Good to Know report, offered up celebrity diet tips. For example, Gwyneth Paltrow sips dandelion tea and Victoria Beckham follows the Alkaline Diet.
Some celebrity diets are wacky, like Anne Hathaway’s radish and hummus diet or Mariah Carey’s purple food diet. However, other celebrities have very sensible eating tips to offer.
Heidi Klum snacks on vegetables, including kale and kohlrabi. Jennifer Hudson keeps her fridge stocked with healthy food, like chicken and egg whites. Hudson doesn’t bring temptations, such as banana pudding, into her home. Kelly Osbourne suggests eating half an apple before bed to keep hunger at bay.
Even celebrities allow themselves a treat, though. Kate Walsh stays away from processesed foods, but can’t give up potato chips.
Other celebrities insist they don’t diet at all. Jennifer Lawrence and Megan Fox both say the exercise consistently so they can eat whatever they want.
