Amazing, but 2012 is indeed “last year” now. We at Paragon were wondering what type of real estate was being purchased last year, so we did a little bit of digging and came up with these lovely charts.
If you adjust your screen view to a 125 percent zoom, the charts will be much easier to read. If you’re working on Windows, you can do this lickety-split by pushing the Control and “+” keys simultaneously.
We looked at factors including sales prices, neighborhoods, parking, architecture, views and stock cooperatives – and everything else we could come up with. Check it out!
