EWs are being used on both persons and property in the present Middle East invasion and occupation by the U.S. and a large population of Americans allege being targeted with EWs, possibly part of ongoing non-consensual human experimentation to perfect the weapon system. Some believe the treatment to be for a human culling eugenics program.

Good article, I hope you continue to expand on the subject. A couple of things, first maybe a nitpick- Missile defense system lasers don't really "burn off" the skin of a missile, per se- consider the speeds they are travelling, (abl designed for "theatre level" BM, around mach 8 at end of boost phase) all it has to do is cause a tear or even a ripple- the airstream opens it up and the missile disintegrates as it goes tumbling out of control. The abl actually is being cancelled, the chemicals used in its laser are too dangerous to fly around with and (if they pursue a replacement)other lasers are more promising- however all the enemy has to do is polish their missile skin to mirror finish and it's useless. More wasted defense spending, and sold to the public under the guise of making us safe-yet it could never have stopped an ICBM which travel at (up to)mach 24. Back on track here, did you know the joint non lethal weapons program headquarters is at the marine base at quantico, VA?
Same place where they train FBI, DEA and ATF agents? Too convenient? Well the law says the DOJ can't test experimental weapons on US citizens without consent(not that the law alone really stops them, but-)but the military or DOD can. However the military isn't supposed to operate in the states against us. The DOJ CAN however test experimental SURVEILLANCE equipment on us, and have openly been developing TWS (through wall surveillance)which operates in a UWB (ultra wide band) centered around 95 ghz which in another crazy koinkydink is the exact same frequency used by the active denial system. So who's to say if those pesky microwaves flooding your apartment, making you uncomfortably warm and boiling your eyeballs to induce nightmares as you drift off to sleep watching visual hallucinations, are which? TWS floods a compartment with millimeter waves and detects the return signal.. ADS just floods the compartment. Plausible deniability, and we can't get detection equipment for it anyway!
