Westwood, Dedham man indicted with murder

In an update to a story Norfolk County News Examiner published in June, two local men have now been indicted with the March murder of a Framingham man.

Paul Moccia, 49, of Dedham and Daniel Bradley, 48, of Westwood, were each charged by a Norfolk County grand jury with first degree murder and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Bradley and Moccia are accused of murdering Angel Ramirez, 37. Police say the Framingham construction worker’s body was intentionally cooked at a cement plant, though his body has not been found.

Police say Moccia owned Ramirez more than $70,000 for cocaine he had purchased from him.

If convicted, both men would be sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole.
