Hands-on Cooking: this event focuses on a cookbook by Dr. Philip Tirman that combines healthful eating with drinking a little wine yet still losing weight.You will prepare a delicious, multi-course meal, including Spiced Chickpeas, Barley Risotto with Tomatoes and Lemon, Seafood Cakes with Lemon Créme Fraiche, and Flourless Chocolate Cake.
