West Park Bagel and Deli; located in the quaint West Park Village in West Tampa, is under contract for new ownership and the deal is scheduled to close early next week.
Marc Rose, who recently inspired the Westchase and West Park Village communities with the his Village Market, a community market based on customer service, quality products and reasonable pricing is planning on knocking down a portion of his north wall and taking over the adjacent West Park Bagel and Deli, under the new name of Village Market Bagel and Deli.
In an exclusive interview with Marc and his manager, I learned some very interesting and exciting information about what will become of this West Park Village institution, should the deal be closed as planned next week. (Based on our interview, there is very little to indicate that this deal will not be closed as scheduled)

A complete makeover - Fresh baked bagels delivered daily - Fresh sandwich breads and sub rolls baked daily on site - The addition of an in house baker will also included a variety of fresh baked goods, cupcakes and other confectionaries - A grill for freshly cooked eggs, breakfast meats, hot sandwiches and much, much more!
