West Michigan snow storm summary (Photos)

The strong storm brought heavy, wet snow to West Michigan on Thursday and early Friday. Snowfall rates of 1-2 inches per hour were observed at times. The highest snowfall totals were near Muskegon with 15 inches and Newaygo with 14 inches. In Grand Rapids the snowfall totals were typically between 6 and 9 inches.

We have a quiet day for Saturday and temperatures may even climb into the upper 30s to near 40° for by Sunday and Monday.
