We know that not everyone could make it to the Chicago History Museum last Satrday, February 22, for the 2014 Chicago Maritime Festival. If you missed it, it's your loss.
As a public service, the Chicago Folk Music Examiner remote photography department took its many camera bodies, lenses, tripods, flash rigs, straps, cool photographer vests, and other paraphenalia to bring back the high quality photos you see in the included slideshow.
Next year, you better attend yourself, since we cannot guarantee such a stellar group of pictures will be available. Besides, it's always too much fun to miss. You could even bring a date, to enhance the fun. Or bring the kids. Most of the day's events are family-friendly.
