Wendy Williams sobs on air as she says, 'My son doesn't like me' (VIDEO)

According to the Daily Mail on Jan. 21, Wendy Williams sobbed on air as she confessed:

"My son doesn't like me and it's breaking my heart!"

Williams was attempting to talk about the controversy over Madonna's use of the N-word in a tweet about her own 13-year-old son, Rocco. Williams, who is known for her tough talk about celebrities, became transparent when she talked about her own 13-year-old son, Kevin.

Williams broke down in tears on her live morning show as she described Madonna's close relationship with her son and burst out, "What I discovered this weekend is that my son doesn’t like me anymore."

She continued between sobs as sympathy came from the audience. The distraught 49-year-old talked about her troubled relationship with her own teenager, Kevin, who wants to spend more time with his dad, Kevin Hunter, Sr.

Williams said:

"You know, he’s all into his father, you know how 13-year-olds are, I was the same way when I was 13, but it is breaking my heart. He’s a father, he’s a buddy, they talk sneakers, they go for hair cuts, they speed off in the cars and I’m just left there feeling like, "Why you so pissed?" I’m not pissed, I’m a mom!'"

Williams said that he often lashes out at her, but her son is likely just going through a phase. She admitted that she was the same way when she was a teenager, but it still hurts the way her son treats her.

ABC news reported that even after the show was over, Williams continued to talk about the situation backstage.
