Dr. Oz and Wendy Williams examined her life as a media personality and the pending milestone, turning 50 next summer. The former “Dancing With the Stars” contestant told Dr. Oz that although a lady never reveals her true age or weight, she is from New Jersey and is always candid about herself.
I grew up during a time where a lady is not supposed to reveal her age or her weight, but I’m from Jersey and we always say it like we mean it. I am 175 pounds and I’m 49-years-old and I can’t wait to be 50. I’m not nervous at all because I respect my body in terms of putting the right things into it, and I also understand that no matter how you look on the outside; the insides are always going to be the true age, 50. I know that I will need a colonoscopy because my maternal grandmother passed away of colon cancer right after she named me.
To assist women of Wendy William’s age, Dr. Oz and the talk show personality discussed health, and the three imperative tests every woman should have done at the age of 50. As Dr. Oz demonstrated a breast exam on an implant and a natural breast, Wendy Williams became emotional when she learned that a mass in a natural breast is much easier to detect than in enhancements.
Wendy Williams’ spirit was lifted when Wendy showed off her love of wigs in a game with Dr. Oz entitled, “Who’s Wearing That Wig?”
Wendy Williams appears on Friday’s episode of “The Dr. Oz Show,” check local listings for air times.
