This year plan to do some random acts of kindness or volunteer in your local community. The rewards of selfless acts are bountiful. They give you a deeper sense of meaning in your life, put things in perspective and increase your happiness and self-worth. A happy and peaceful state of mind also directly correlates with your physical health.
