This year’s line-up at Welcome to Rockville in Jacksonville, Fla. is their most impressive to date. In fact, it offers the best of today’s rock for two solid days. Sure, you may have seen some of these bands before, but it will be nothing like this. Many of the bands have recently released or will release new material this spring so their performances will be different than what you may have seen previously.

Seriously, where else could you get up-close and personal with Taylor Momson and The Pretty Reckless and watch them perform tracks from their freshly released album, Going to Hell? Same goes for Cristina Scabbia and Lacuna Coil with Broken Crown Halo, which will be released on April 1, 2014. Zakk Wylde will be there with his band, Black Label Society treating fans to a healthy helping of their new album, Catacombs of the Black Vatican which hits the shelves on April 8th. Seether has been working hard on new material, which I’m sure they are aching to get the fan’s reaction to. Same goes for Chevelle , Adelita’s Way and Within Reason.

Factor in headliners such as Avenged Sevenfold, The Cult, Korn, Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch and the list goes on and on making this a no-brainer. The amount of talent promoters have managed to put together makes Rockville a great value. It is a family-friendly environment so fans of all ages can enjoy this Super Bowl of rock shows.

Welcome to Rockville runs April 26-27th at Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville, Fla. For a complete line-up list as well as ticket and hotel information for the event, visit their website.
