Summer is only a month away, and now is the perfect time to get into an exercise routine that will help you look and feel fabulous in time for summer.

Beaches, bonfires, camping trips to the Everglades, canoeing, white water rafting, running, biking, sightseeing... These are among the items on my shortlist for summer. I hope you have the energy to
tackle some of them with us as we adventure in the name of health.

Being healthy can not be calculated in calories, inches or pounds. However it can be measured in the abilities that you have in going out each day with energy and strength.
