Cranberries are among the most popular autumn and winter foods. But they're so high in antioxidants (ranking second only to blueberries) that they deserve your attention all year around. Providing you with vitamin C and fiber, cranberries contain only 45 calories per cup. And according to WebMD, when it comes to disease-fighting antioxidants, cranberries outrank nearly every fruit and vegetable--including strawberries, spinach, broccoli, red grapes, apples, raspberries, and cherries.
