2,000 more steps and 100 fewer calories

While significant weight loss and lifestyle changes take time,The America On the Move Foundation has established a challenge for all Americans to succeed with, EVERY DAY. With just these simple steps, taken on a daily basis, you could lose 12 pounds a year or more.

Here is what America On the Move recommends:

Take 2,000 more steps every day  (or activity equivalent)

Eat 100 fewer calories (by eating smarter)

When you incorporate these small changes into a whole day, every day, they are easy to accomplish. Success! One day at a time.
