Weight loss success one day at a time. Tip 1

You can lose that roll

Weight loss is one of the most searched terms on the internet. Why? We women have an obsession with a certain look, defined in fashion magazines and billboards everywhere.

As a nutrition consultant and personal trainer I want to offer tips for valid weight loss, good health and vibrant looks rather than the “obsessive/compulsive” approach to unhealthy and unrealistic diets and body-types.

Let’s get real!

Add one simple tip, on a daily basis, to keep you on track in your quest for weight loss and life-long fitness. You can do this!

You already know that weight loss and good health is a life-style. Let’s go through attaining this together and make our lives better because we’re sharing the goal.

To optimal health through a fit body and an appropriate weight!

Day 1 -  "Today is the first day of the rest of your life"

Start by writing "Today is the first day of the rest of my life" on your calendar and posting it on the refrigerator. Then, envision yourself when you are successful. Remember, you have backing, pulling for you to succeed. Go for it!

To Success!

Losing weight is definitely something to take one day at a time. Let's face it, you didn't gain weight overnight and it's going to take a while to lose that weight if you do it the right way. In order to lose weight we need to address 4 important components: nutrition, exercise, stress management, and healthy sleep. For more information, see my book "How To Eat Fried Chicken And Be Thin Too" on Amazon or at strategicbookpublishing.com
