When she writes her memoirs (and you know she will), Miley Cyrus will probably divide her life into several phases, including the Disney Days, the Pre-Twerking Teens and the Tongue-Out-Twerk. Now, talking with Rolling Stone in a September 24 interview, Miley is linking her future fate regarding twerking to her weight.
Miley recognizes that her decision to twerk in minimal attire with her tongue stuck out wasn't exactly the choice of a fit fashionista.
"People are like, 'Miley thinks she's a black girl, but she's got the flattest a** ever,'" Miley told Rolling Stone. "I'm like, I'm 108 pounds! I know! Now people expect me to come out and twerk with my tongue out all the time. I'll probably never do that s**t again."
The interview also makes it clear that Miley is diet-conscious. She orders low-calorie sushi when she's hungry, has a chef who makes vegan brownies and her choice of drink features Gatorade.
Posing topless for Rolling Stone, Miley also shows off the fact that she has an extremely agile tongue (see photo). No word on how she achieved that degree of fitness in that area, although she is a known Pilates fanatic.
Shape magazine reports that Miley trains with Pilates guru Mari Winsor five to six days a week to sculpt those famous abs and enhance her posture. When she's traveling, Miley takes along Mari's Pilates DVDs, including her Flat Abs Pilates.
In addition to the sushi, Gatorade and vegan brownies, Miley avoids gluten and dairy. (We're assuming those brownies were made with almond flour and soy butter.) She once famously tweeted: "For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It's not about weight it's about health. Gluten is cr*pppp anyway!" Sort of like twerking with your tongue out?
