Thanks to the support of Wegmans and a staff of volunteers, the new Wegmans Family Garden is now open at the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, located at 2655 South Park Ave. in Buffalo.
The garden is located inside the Botanical Gardens, and will provide year-round enjoyment for children of all ages. The garden will explore the plant world as well as the importance of eating healthy with hands-on programming each Saturday from 10:30 to 11 a.m. and 11 to 11:30 a.m. (appropriate for ages 4 to 10). Admission to the Wegmans Family Garden is included with paid admission or with membership.

- February 9th - Paint a Pot Activity
- February 16th - Fun Fruit Squeeze
- February 23rd - Edible Toast Art
- March 2nd - Potato Stampers
- March 9th - Egg Shell Planter
- March 16th - St. Patrick’s Day Salad
- March 23rd - Wheat Berry Easter Critter
- March 30th (No programs – Easter weekend)
- April 6th - Butter Dance Party
- April 13th - Pizza Garden
- April 20th - Food Composter
- April 27th - Honey Bee Activity
