Ryne Podlas in the Halstrom Masonry League at Seminole Lanes for rolling a 296 and having an awesome series with an 802!! Also bowling in the Halstrom league, brother Ziggy had a good night with a 267-765 and we can not leave out the youngest brother, Paul Podlas same night rolled a nice 279-708.

At Seminole Lanes – on March 25th at 1 pm – 100 + over Tournament. First place based on 30 entries $350. Entry Fee $50 per team. Your age must equal 100 + to be a team. On April 1st, Seminole Lanes will be having the Southwest Florida Youth Classic Tournament which is a Junior Gold Qualifier!!! Visit the above website for an entry form.
At Liberty Lanes this coming Saturday, February 25th is their Team Challenge tournament; check in at 5:45-6:15 pm, tournament starts at 6:30 pm. This is a 4 person team and $1000 first place based on 20 teams. This is a popular tournament and is held monthly the 4th Saturday of every month, call if you would like to bowl next month.
Also at Liberty Lanes on February 25th is the Scratch Sweeper $500 – 1st place based on 36 entries. $40 entry fee - Check in at 12:15 pm bowl at 1:00 pm.

Ten Pins had their Valentines Tournament and the results are in….. They had 24 entries including seniors, and some youth bowlers. The seniors took 1st place – Mary Girourd & George Smirnoff, 2nd place went to Michele Lubisco & Pat Deegan, and 3rd place to Jeannie Cherry & Kevin Zeh. The first place youth winners were Caylin Coyle & Kayla Dollinger!!!
At Ten Pins in March – On St. Patrick’s Day March 17 there will be the Earl Gaudet 5th Annual Memorial Get Together. 8 pin no tap/Baker System – 4 games - $20 per team – 1 in 6 will cash. Proceeds will go to Earl’s kids. (USBC youth scholarship fund)
Another fundraising event will be taking place at Twedts on March 18th, Sunday – Droolapalooza 2012 - This is the 5th Annual Newfie Rescue Fundraiser – at noon you can meet & greet the newfies, then from 1-3 pm Bowl for the Newfies. $15 per person.
