Monday Burritos
Anna's Taqueria in Brookline has been having a fun "celebrity roller" series, with guest burrito rollers who come in and help raise money to support the Boston Children's Hospital.
This Monday, March 18th, A.J. Soares of the New England Revolution soccer or fùtbol team is the celebrity roller. From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A.J. won't be heading up the kitchen but he will be rolling burritos for $10, which includes a burrito and chips and salsa.
This Little Piggy Saw a Movie
On Saturday, March 23rd the 5th annual Cochon 555 kicks off with five amazing chefs and a movie. A private screening of Anchorman will be paired with an amazing meal prepared by Jamie Bissonnette (Coppa/Toro, Boston), Mark Ladner & Brooks Headley (Del Posto, New York City), Mary Dumont (Harvest, Cambridge) and Matt Jennings (Farmstead, Providence) all at the luxe cinema within the hotel. The evening starts with a beer and cider tasting at 6:00 p.m. and the movie begins at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased here.

Chef Robert Grant’s signature whole-animal spread switches gears for spring with a Sardinian lamb feast. Belly up to communal tables with your friends for four courses of baller carnivorous fare like lamb neck with salsa verde and fregola sarda, sticky glazed short ribs, whole wood-roasted leg of lamb, and Pecorino Calcagno with honey and nuts.
