Sprint Cup Series – Kurt Busch won his first race since 2011 and his first race for Stewart-Haas Racing on Sunday in the STP 500 at Martinsville Speedway. Jimmie Johnson, who led more than half the race for the second race in a row, once again came home without the win, finishing second with 296 laps led. Dale Earnhardt Jr., Joey Logano and Marcos Ambrose rounded out the top five.

Camping World Truck Series – Matt Crafton took the rain-delayed Kroger 250 at Martinsville, which raced after the Cup race on Sunday. Fall Martinsville winner Darrell Wallace Jr. came home second, followed by Ben Kennedy, Johnny Sauter and Ryan Blaney.

Verizon IndyCar Series – Will Power took the season-opening Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg in Florida, followed by Ryan Hunter-Reay and Helio Castroneves. Scott Dixon and Simon Pagenaud rounded out the top five.

NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series – Erica Enders-Stevens doubled up in Pro Stock at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, winning Saturday’s K&N Horsepower Challenge specialty race and taking home the Wally from the NHRA Nationals on Sunday. Alexis DeJoria (Funny Car) and Tony Schumacher (Top Fuel) joined Enders-Stevens in the winner’s circle.
