Discussion
Evidence from the numerical models continues to support a general lack of rainfall in and around Houston through the next ten days. The prevailing storm track is far to our north, wind fields support high dewpoints at surface and dry air aloft (excepting Tuesday, which provide a nice and sunny day with somewhat cooler temperatures). Keep in mind that if you are traveling west and south this weekend, daytime highs may reach or exceed 90 degrees (F). In Texas, summer is never really that far away.
