Weekend pet events in greater Cleveland Feb 18-19

For the Dogs Rescue is hosting a tacos and tequila event on Saturday, February 18, from 6 to 9 p.m. The rescue group works out of Parma and Youngstown and travels throughout Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. They are an official 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that rescues dogs on death row in Mahoning Valley; mostly pit bulls, seniors, and special needs dogs.

Tacos and Tequila will be held at Crystal's Keg, 7936 Sprague Road, North Royalton. Admission is $20 for Mexican cuisine, beer and drinks. The group has exhausted their medical fund and is trying to raise money to help the dogs currently in their care.

There will be lots of prizes for raffle, including handmade dog beds, 4 club seats for The Monsters,  a $250 gift card to The Olive and the Grape in Mentor, toys and little houses made by Girl Scout troops in Parma and Strongsville, plus a lot of great basket prizes!
