Warm-weather weekend brunch menu new at Humboldt

See also

Humboldt is rolling out a warm-weather brunch menu that’s a reflection of Executive Chef DJ Nagle’s commitment to serving inspired, traditional classics with modern twist. A few dishes from the fresh menu include:

  • Salmon BLT, pan seared salmon, butter toasted wheat, bibb lettuce, vine tomato and an herb mayo. Silky, salty, and definitely in need of two hands to eat.
  • Chef DJ’s take on Pain Perdu includes Red Mountain brioche, confit pork belly, sunny eggs, arugula, and cider shallot gastrique is a masterpiece pf well-thought out flavor composition.
  • Tuna Niçoise, deceptively simple and bursting with haricot vert, potato, heirloom cherry tomato, olive and caper-herb vinaigrette.

Finally, you can’t miss the award-winning Humboldt Burger (featuring Humboldt’s special Crystal River beef-bacon blend), and do check out the Humboldt Fresh Sheet, where you’ll find daily specials of oysters, fish, and libations.

Of course, no leisurely weekend brunch at Humboldt is complete without something from the summery, fresh house-crafted cocktail menu. Try the the Solstice “Sangria,” with Pearl vodka, St. Germain, ruby red grapefruit and Prosecco, or the Breckenridge Basil, bright with the flavors of St. Germain, Breckenridge Vodka, torn basil and lemon.
