Website explores Pope's last day and why we should ignore the NRA

Cracked is one of my favorite websites. I read it every chance I can get. Very talented writers. It is a comedy website by the way, but it's not mindless comedy, like the early 90s' T.V. show, Step By Step. Which was barely a comedy, anyway.

Cracked's articles are a series of lists and ideas, which at times seems to come from the writers being high on something they found in their bathroom drain. One of the articles is about why we shouldn't take the NRA, or the National Rifle Association, seriously. It's aptly called, "3 Reasons its' Time to Stop Taking the NRA Seriously."

Reasons such as that while the NRA has opposed background checks for all gun purchases (while at times stating that they aren't opposed to background checks) though the vast majority of NRA members support background checks. Or, that the NRA receives millions of dollars from gun makers, who don't always have the best interests of gun owners at heart, especially when it comes to product liability issues. Something that the NRA has watered down in legislation.

Oh, check out the satirical page on Pope Benedict's last day as Pope. He allows priests to marry, women to marry, and discontinues the Catholic Church's opposition to same sex marriage, condoms and masturbation. Yes, the Catholic Church is still strangely obsessed with if you masturbate or not. So anyway, please check out their page, I beg you.
