Hostgator announced that they've hit the 200,000 mark for new customers this week. I happen to be one of them and would like to publicly send a congratulations to the hostgator team.Keep up the good work guys! What a nice milestone to reach!
It was humbling to read how Brent Oxley, the hostgator founder, got started and how the hostgator web hosting site came about. If we fast forward the story to 2009 you should have noticed the hostgator billboards that are going up. I mean, it was a little shocking, but oh so cool to see the big HG billboard last week on the way to the mall.
All I can say is, Hostgator have thousands of customers and still find time to service us all. There have been many times I've called in for support and was able to reach a live person everytime. I like that along with all the free web templates that comes with membership! Phone support, live chat, and email support is the way to go. And just like the banner advertises, I host all of my websites for $7.95 a month.
