Mississippi Gulf Coast 5 Day Weather Forecast (Biloxi MS):

Thursday: Partly cloudy with an isolated afternoon thunderstorm, high temps around 95F, heat index values will be near 107F, winds from the northeast around 10-15mph, low temps will fall to near 77F.

Friday: Partly cloudy with an isolated afternoon thunderstorm, high temps around 92F, heat index values near 105F, winds from the northeast around 5-10mph, low temps will fall to near 74F.

Saturday: Partly cloudy with an isolated afternoon thunderstorm, high temps around 90F, heat index values near 100F, winds from the southeast around 10-15mph, low temps around 77F.

Sunday: Partly cloudy with an isolated afternoon thunderstorm, high temps around 90F, heat index values near 100F, winds from the southeast around 10-15mph, low temps will be around 78F.

Monday: Partly cloudy and warm with high temps near 90F, winds from the southeast around 9-14mph, low temps will fall to near 77F.

North East SD Weather Forecast (Corona/Milbank):

Thursday: Partly cloudy with high temps around 77F, winds from the southeast 7-12mph, low temps will fall to near 59F.

Friday: Partly cloudy during the morning with a few afternoon thunderstorms, high temps around 84F, low temps will fall to near 70F, winds from the southeast 20-25mph.

Saturday: Partly cloudy during the early afternoon giving way to an isolated thunderstorm during the late afternoon, high temps will be near 92F, heat index values around 100F, winds from the southwest 5-10mph, low temps near 72F.

Sunday: Partly cloudy with an isolated thunderstorm, high temps around 88F, low temps near 65F, winds from the north 10-15mph.

Monday: Partly cloudy with an afternoon thunderstorm, high temps around 85F, low temps near 66F, winds from the southwest 18-23mph.

Global Weather Headlines for July 3, 2014:

Strong low pressure pushing through Western China will bring showers and thunderstorms to the region, while another area of low pressure moves towards Japan bringing showers and thunderstorms to the region. Multiple regions in the Western Pacific are being watched for possible tropical development. An area of circulation also being watched in the Central Indian Ocean for possible tropical development. Strong low pressure system moving through Chile and Argentina will bring showers and higher elevation snows to the Andes. High pressure dominates the weather over most of Africa. Australia looks good for Thursday as well.

Severe Weather/Winter Weather/Tropical Weather:

Watching an area of thunderstorms over Oklahoma and Eastern Colorado as some severe weather is taking place and will again on Thursday. Severe weather also moving through the Gulf Coast region ahead of a frontal boundary, also watching an easterly wave slide across the Northern Gulf Coast that is bringing showers and thunderstorms to the off shore waters along with stronger winds.

Tropical situation we see Arthur which is heading towards Hurricane status, this will bring impacts to the Carolina’s along with parts of the Mid-Atlantic region with gusty winds and some storm surge especially in the Outer Banks. Tropical Depression Elida continues to move away from land and decrease and should be gone within the next 24-36hrs. Tropical Storm Douglas continues to weaken as well as it moves over the open Eastern Pacific away from land as well.

On the Horizon for MS Gulf Coast:

July promises to be a warm month across the MS Gulf Coast with average high temps being in the 80-90F range along with rainfall around 1-3inches. Tropical activity looks to be low for the MS Gulf Coast region during the month of July.
