A golfer who turned pro right out of college, Richter started golfing when she was 9 years old. Being a team player in a lonely sport wasn't easy and she made the tough decision of pursuing another career. After working her way up from a counter manager to account executive at Lancome, she took over the helm as Director of Sales and Marketing for a Southern California based golf company. Growing the business from $60,000 to over $300,000 in 9 months dealing with the corporate market, and taking their booth to the ASI trade show one year is when she got a real taste of what the promotional products industry was like.
