Pets have their own communication and it seems they communicate with us very well. There are times when it is as though they are saying a sentence to us. You and I both know that pets don’t talk right? Well this may not be true; what about when we can say something or worse yet spell something and our FFBF knows exactly what is happening and what it means.
Let’s just get this out right now, pet’s do know what is going on and they do know what we are saying or thinking; FFBF’s are frequently ready to ‘go’ or ‘see’ or ‘car’. I know what you are thinking. It is proven that dogs and cats can have a large vocabulary. It seems the more we talk to our pets the more they understand. Many people take their FFBF everywhere and have a continual running conversation with them. www.animals.howstuffworks.com/pets/dogs-understand-words It is believed that dogs can learn more than 100 words. Look at the Chimpanzees who learned to sign. They carried on conversation using sign language.
What about us, can we convey our thoughts to these pets in a language they can understand and use. Maybe we should not just have expectations of our pets. My pet’s Vet believes that we can and do learn to communicate in animal language just not to the point they do. They can tell us they want out; they want food; they need to be carried or they see danger.
So ‘yes’ we can communicate maybe even talk to the animals; our society will be so much better when we learn to listen.
